Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the pk354 online gaming platform, accessible at pk354.net, including all related services, features, content, and functionality offered by pk354 (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the pk354 service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of pk354 following any published amendment to these Terms shall constitute your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with pk354's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and pk354. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document published by pk354, these Terms shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

Access to and use of the pk354 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. pk354 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and will request identity verification documents to confirm your date of birth.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and automated systems may not register as members.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion register maintained by pk354 or any affiliated gaming operator.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when using the Platform.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of pk354 or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment processors.

pk354 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any point during the lifetime of your account — not only at registration. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe will result in account suspension and, where applicable, the return of unplayed deposits.

Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the pk354 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Account Information Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information current. pk354 shall not be liable for any losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the member.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pk354 login credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. pk354 will never ask you to disclose your password via any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you, unless you have notified pk354 of a security breach prior to that activity occurring.

KYC Verification

pk354 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with our international gaming licence obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be held pending successful KYC completion.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All account transactions on pk354 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk354 does not apply platform-side currency conversion fees. The following payment methods are accepted on the Platform:

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and previously used for a deposit. pk354 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees will be displayed at the time of the withdrawal request. pk354 aims to process all verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval.

Bonuses & Promotions

pk354 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible members from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit match bonuses, weekly reload bonuses, free bets on PSL and other cricket fixtures, and cashback credits on live casino losses. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion as published on the pk354 promotions page at the time of offering.

General Bonus Conditions

• Each bonus offer is available once per eligible member unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering at the end of the promotional period will be forfeited.
• pk354 reserves the right to cancel or amend any promotional offer at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to an account, the terms applicable at the time of crediting shall govern that specific bonus.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to collusion, exploitation of software errors, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms, will result in bonus cancellation, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Free bets credited in relation to PSL or other cricket events are only valid for use on the specified markets as described in the relevant promotion terms.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the pk354 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event, and market type. The following general betting conditions apply across all sports betting markets on pk354:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. pk354 reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors; bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds may be settled at the correct market price or voided at pk354's discretion.
• pk354 reserves the right to impose individual account betting limits, market-level stake limits, and maximum payout caps. These limits may be applied without prior notice.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of live pricing and market suspension rules. pk354 is not liable for connection failures or delays that prevent in-play bet placement.
• Bets on events where the outcome is already known at the time of placement will be voided and stakes returned.
• PSL and international cricket betting markets are settled in accordance with the official match results as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC). Matches that are abandoned or not completed within specified timeframes will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules.
• pk354 reserves the right to void, suspend, or withhold settlement on any bet where there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing, irregular betting patterns, or breach of sporting integrity.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the pk354 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Registering or operating more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using the Platform while registered on any self-exclusion list.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any activity intended to obscure the source or ownership of funds.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain without first reporting them to pk354.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or staff to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or account controls.
• Any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the Platform's normal operation.

Responsible Gaming

pk354 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing a safe environment for all members. We recognise that for a minority of individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this area seriously. The Platform is strictly for users aged 21 and above.

Self-Management Tools

All pk354 account holders have immediate access to the following responsible gaming tools from within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately upon activation. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly loss caps. Same cooling-off terms as deposit limits apply to increases.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been active on the Platform for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Cooling-off suspensions take effect immediately and cannot be reversed before the selected period expires.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the pk354 Platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months, after which a formal reinstatement request — with a minimum 24-hour reflection period — is required.

Intellectual Property

All content on the pk354 Platform — including but not limited to the pk354 brand name and logo, website design and layout, software, graphics, text, data compilations, odds formats, betting interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk354 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database rights.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without pk354's prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of pk354's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk354 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if pk354 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

pk354 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, and circumstances beyond pk354's reasonable control may result in temporary Platform unavailability. pk354 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of such unavailability.

Privacy & Data

pk354 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of the agreement between you and pk354. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pk354 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all Platform sessions and maintains strict internal data access controls to protect your personal and financial information. Player funds are held in segregated accounts, separate from pk354's operational funds, as required by our international gaming licence conditions.

pk354 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only where required for payment processing, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance obligations.

Amendments to These Terms

pk354 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material amendment is made, pk354 will provide reasonable notice to registered members via the email address associated with their account and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amendment taking effect.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with the account closure procedure available through pk354 customer support.

The version of these Terms in effect at the time a dispute arises shall govern that dispute, regardless of any subsequent amendments.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk354 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall first be referred to pk354's internal dispute resolution process.

Internal Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint regarding the Platform or any transaction, you should contact pk354 customer support in the first instance. pk354 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to provide a full response within 7 business days. If you are not satisfied with pk354's response, you may refer your complaint to the relevant dispute resolution body specified by our international gaming licence authority.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
